THE PROBLEM
Howler is a volatile planet, high wind speeds, rapidly changing temperatures, and heavy precipitation which makes for a unpredictable environment. This makes settlement and power generation a vital problem in the first stages of exploring Howler. Furthermore, astronauts are placed in an environment they have no information on, moving blindly through savage terrain and climate. With no clue how to safely reach freshwater deposits or the fertile soil near it, we are in a precarious situation.
OUR SOLUTION
New Planet
Landing at Planet Howler, we become accustomed to the environment.

Information
We gather information through the deployment of Alpha Wolf, a multi purpose drone which pinpoints lakes and biodiversity nearby.
Agriculture
Armed with intelligence, we can map out the areas with freshwater and journey through the terrain to start growing plants on the shores of the lake.
Animal Farms
The agriculture, which provides an ample supply of nutrients, will attract biodiversity to the shore, allowing us to cultivate multiple spieces.
INTRODUCING: ALPHA WOLF
Alpha Wolf, our key solution to the lack of information on Planet Howler is a complete assortation of technology. Armed with both a 1080p and thermal imaging camera, it is able to locate lakes and biodiversity. Using its ultrasonic range sensors, we are able to map out the elevation in the area. It also includes automatic take off and landing procedures, as well as a wind speed detector so it doesn't get stuck in the frequent windstorms that occur on Howler. All its findings are then transferred via DNS Radio to the astronauts.
